That's the not the point. [The point] is keeping Trump from claiming victory as long as possible. They get witnesses it will go on for months, restraining him from busting their balls.

saying that he “would not say that it contributes to a loss of confidence in the chief justice,”

This has been discussed ad-nauseum already, but there's an actual full complete transcript in Dear Leader's possession. It really wouldn't take long to dispel the notion that this perfect call was all that upon looking at the actual real deal.

Like I was saying with witnesses and other do ents, POTUS seems to be allergic to simply show the evidence that backs up his contention that he's innocent. Pretty puzzling, tbh

The blowback has yet to be determined.
This is not the end of the trial for the public unless you think all do ents and possible witnesses remain quiet and under wraps. In 2020 we see if the people want a fake orange king start his family rule. And that might even be a circus unless the people decide if elections are free and open to the world. Red team was upset about ~ 2 million fake votes but is care free concerning foreign interference.
