Pop is not earning his $7MM per year right now. A lack of talent is one thing. A lack of coordination and coaching is another. A veteran coach (or two) is a must for next year. This staff is way too green and the old man isn't bringing it anymore.
That last sequence was simply embarrassing. I'm glad the Spurs will not make the playoffs this year. They do not deserve it.

He's too arrogant, delusional, selfish and stubborn to do anything but try (in vain) to "win", which is what makes the majority of their decisions in recent seasons all the more laughable.
