My pastor says that and we've been holding Sunday service on Facebook or YouTube since the shut down with no problems. Our ministries meet on zoom , we make it work. Any church still open is stupid.
They have closed down parks in a lot of cities because people aren't social distancing on parks and sidewalks. Strangely, park worshippers have not cried about this being an assault on their religious freedom.

Why do you need it quantified with a percentage? Are you denying that it's a lot? Are you denying that Republican leaders are pushing the idea that preventing churches from allowing people to gather is an attack on their religious freedom?
