Even Italy is still seeing es every other day, and they supposedly hit their peak weaks ago.
Coronavirus broke New York both physically and financially. This state is flat out broke.
I dont agree with re-opening just yet but Cuomo and the rest of these governors know Trump won't assist them with a penny so they're probably worried they won't ever get back up financially if they dont do something.
I'll be tuning into the 2PM briefing to see what this is all about. I'll be shocked if he announces a re-opening within a month. June seems more feasible to me.

I don't know why some think I went to church - I've already said I have an asthmatic son at home. The es can be explained by other mechanisms - mostly increased availability of tests and more public awareness of symptoms so that common flu isn't misdiagnosed.
After it's settled, the data will be smoothed and the es will likely disappear. Then someone will look at other areas like traffic fatalities and other deaths to see if they diminished and by how much, do the math and offer up a total cost in lives - as if that matters to anyone involved with the virus.
