Yes, one uses what is available. He kept WHO on the back burner until he really needed them and then dragged 'em into the fray in broad daylight. WHO begged him not to do it to them and he did, he did hold off, slowed bringing them to the fore on a schedule that suited him. Now MSM will be arbiter twixt the old man & WHO. MSM will hit Trump on behalf of WHO. Trump will hit back 10x harder. On & on. But, WHO is officially on-the-spot as long as he uses that $ as black mail. If he gives that boodle back, MSM will withdraw WHO from the battlefield and the old man will be vulnerable as isolated once again.

He held off as long as he could. He woulda like to have waited a while longer, but, he simply couldn't. The natives had become restless and were massing at the gate.

Ceding influence and soft power to whoever makes up the shortfall.

Short term, could be bad for Africa.

They don't want 'em anymore than the old man wants 'em. Just a portion of (they) want to pretend to want them to hassle Trump.

"I ain't got the in' money for that . It'll never end."

    Should.
    Certainly won't hurt.

"In the short run, not a lot [would change] because WHO management will hope for a change in leadership in November and/or that other nations fill the void," Dr. Roger Bate, a visiting scholar at the American Enterprise Ins ute (AEI) and an expert on public health and emerging markets, told Fox News. "Budgets and fiscal years are months, so they wouldn't feel a problem for a while."

Dale, what cup are you on so far this a.m.?

I switched it over to green tea but will still do the occasional black great stuff. This mornings is a-brewin.

Since WHO and Tedros jerk off with most of the money they were given anyways, why do some of you think cutting off their scam is some great loss?

In a single year, the "cash-strapped" WHO is alleged to have forked out almost $200 million on jet-setting, with staffers sometimes breaking the agency's own rules by traveling in business class, booking expensive last-minute tickets, staying in five-star hotels and traveling without approval.
By contrast, that same year, the WHO invested $59 million in curbing tuberculosis and around $71 million AIDS and hepa is.

China will just step in with monetary support, get more influence, bury their missteps even deeper. Trash is a checkers player in a chess world. It will satiate his dumbass supporters though.

Right, better to just keep giving them money and keep their last second flights and 5 star hotels coming.
    That will solve everything.

You're not going to change them by letting China pay for all that.

You're not going to change them by continuing to fund. Look at what previous funding brought. The current situation.

I don't have the all inclusive answer. But obviously they need to be wholesale changed or let them marry China.

So they'll marry China and not change.

    Now what?

He's going to give it back. He always gives it back, or, lets it stay where it always was.

    He's a softy.

What's wrong with letting China pay for the WHO?
