So a good old mutiny by governors is a good thing during a crisis according to Trump just like in the movie, Mutiny on the Bounty.

The man cannot shut his mouth.
The babble gets worse and worse. It is so bad even fox news has to cut away to talk over him.

    OAN will save the day.
As of a couple of days ago Trump has disowned Fox due to Chris Wallace.
It will take Tucker Carlson and Sean Hannity pleading to get the president back.
Please inform us when the BJ takes place.

Steadfast news people fair and balanced.

Here's the trap set by Trash by dumping ALL responsibility on the states for re-opening

if it succeeds, Trash will claim all credit for the most difficult decision of his life

if happens, Trash will dump all blame on the state(s)

You had the old man on the ropes and wouldn't let him breath. He finally figured out (or, the children clued him more likely) to do exactly what you predict above in BOLD.

All the states had to do was shut up and do what they wanted. Nope.

    He 2 pieced ya's.

Boots does realize there is a point where Trump cannot win.
Not everything is his fault, this would have given ANY president one way or the other.
Its pretty obvious we are playing a game with the economy and spreading the virus and this game is unwinnable depending on your criteria. Trump got dealt a seriously difficult problem.

    But...
    1. He had already established little to zero leadership abilities based on lying
    2. He does not trust expertise because he can’t control its impact on his perceived image
    3. There are no hard and fast rules in health care, it’s a mess and he had NO plan with the Senate
    4. He won’t shut his mouth and follow CDC guidelines (which are quite clear on how to handle national epidemics publicly
    5. His message is so horribly inconsistent he has inadvertently scared the out of people (no help from some press on this one because they are distorting the timing to make it look worse)
    6. He did not trust information early on, which is a calling card on his personality, because he can’t control information that does not suit him. At this point, he has fallen back on to accept most information from expertise and has actually listened to how the info might contain errors which expand or contract numbers.

As of today we got this:

Under the new guidelines, President Trump said governors would determine a timeline for reopening their states. “Every state is very different,” he said. “If they need to remain closed, we will allow them to do that.”

At this point, this is a good idea I believe after the absolute ruler idiocy and not trusting information. He has possibly one of the worst personality types to lead with this kind of problem. He can’t bargain and bully to appear strong alpha man. Not with a virus. His real strengths are strong arming people, not “natural” disasters.

Question:"Is there a priority to get testing at food-processing plants all across the country?"

THE PRESIDENT: (Be sure to read EVERY word, this IS your president)
"Well, you’re asking that because of what happened — it’s a fair question, too — what happened in Denver. Because in Denver, I’ve never seen — I said, “What’s going on?” We’re looking at this graph where everything’s looking beautiful and it’s coming down and then you got this one e. It’s — I said, “What happened to Denver?”
And many people, very quickly, and they — by the way, they were on it like, so fast, you wouldn’t believe it. They knew every aspect. They had people go and — not only testing, “Who did you see? Where were you? How many people did you meet? Were you out to dinner in somebody else’s home? Where were you?” Where did — where did this number of people come from? How did — they are totally on it.
Now, this just happened. I just saw it this morning. I’m looking at everything smooth, going down, topping out. And then you have this one e in Denver. It’s like, where did this come from?
So we’ll be looking at that. And we don’t want cases like that happening. This was — but this — this is the kind of thing can happen. This is very complex.
This is a very brilliant enemy. You know, it’s a brilliant enemy. They develop drugs like the antibiotics. You see it. Antibiotics used to solve every problem. Now one of the biggest problems the world has is the germ has gotten so brilliant that the antibiotic can’t keep up with it. And they’re constantly trying to come up with a new — people go to a hospital and they catch — they go for a heart operation — that’s no problem, but they end up dying from — from problems. You know the problems I’m talking about. There’s a whole genius to it.
We’re fighting — not only is it hidden, but it’s very smart. Okay? It’s invisible and it’s hidden, but it’s — it’s very smart. And you see that in a case like a Denver.
But, you know, I think we’re doing well, and they’re on Denver like you wouldn’t believe. I came in this morning; it was a flurry. I said what’s going on? They said, “Denver.” I said, “What happened to Denver?” Because Denver was doing pretty well. And they’ve got that under control. But, yeah, that would be a case where you do some very big testing."
By the way, it wasn't Denver, it was South Dakota

Dude has been spouting the dumb since he was campaigning. Look up the quote about the nuclear triad. That should have disqualified him right there.

It's almost as if the right loves stupidity.

Der Trumpenfuehrer is now arguing in front of SCOTUS that he has absolute authority to ignore subpeonas. The next Democratic administration will find that very useful.

"our military is great, we spent a lot of money on it."

No president, Democrat or Republican should have such authority.

    Fascist.
