It’s about 100% executive branch fault. Single by far greatest failure that has led to this show is lack of testing which could have arrested spread early on. Testing was the responsibility of the CDC. CDC is under the guidance of Trash’s executive branch. Rather than seeing where the DOW is every day, watching the news every day to line up his twitter feed and figuring out when his next golf outing would be Trash should have paid attention to, been monitoring the real emerging crisis. Plenty of experts were pointing out the potential disaster. When the testing sites were reporting failures in testing, if he wasn’t asleep at the wheel and knew how critical testing was, he would have made the appropriate and necessary adjustments to regulations to unleash the commercial labs. Meanwhile he would have been aware of of what supplies would be necessary to enable testing by the commercial labs which ultimately would have been necessary one way or the other and begun to procure them. We need a better, more intelligent, more engaged President. The country need and deserves it.

PPE should be managed primarily through the national stockpile. States should Not carry the bulk of the inventory, not cost effective or efficient. Federal can get better price and manage and move supplies around the country most effectively except of course if you appoint the renowned supply chain manager Jared to be in charge. The stockpile has been underfunded and undersupplied progressive for years, more so under Trump. You want to give Trump a pass because Obama didn’t do iteither. When your son little Billy doesn’t do his homework and says “yeah but Johnny didn’t do it either” do you give him a pass? We need a better leader.

On January 22, one day before the Chinese government began a quarantine of Wuhan to contain the spread of the virus, he sent a letter to Secretary of Health and Human Services Alex Azar encouraging the Trump administration to consider banning travel between China and the United States and warning that the Communist regime could be covering up how dangerous the disease really was. That same day, he amplified his warnings on Twitter and in an appearance on the radio program of Fox & Friends host Brian Kilmeade. Those are all facts that can be easily verified.
