Tua is very accurate and has good pocket movement... but he's not as fast/mobile as he thinks he is. He'll get sacked a lot by NFL defenders if he tries running around.
His accuracy will translate, and his ball placement is great. But he played with 3 first round caliber WRs and great OL play. his first read was open almost every time. so thats my concern with him as the game speeds up. redshirt year might not be the worst idea. just as a passer (accuracy, etc), he has elite ability
