Cowboys did add the arguably best receiver in the draft to the #1 offense in football in 2019.

Problem is, it doesn't matter if you can't convert on 3rd downs in the red zone, or score in the clutch, or get off the field on the other side of the ball.

I bet the Eagles get McKinney. He'd be a perfect replacement for the departed Jenkins tbh.

    D-Jax runs a 4.3, reagor runs a roughly 4.5

meanwhile, Lamb is basically dez bryant redux

jefferson has a very high floor. hard to see him being a bust. runs good routes, has good hands, wins contested balls, and ran in the 4.4 range. worst case he's a good big slot corner. we'll see if he can win on the outside too. cousins likes going deep

at least the cowboys got a blue chip guy at #17. not very often that happens, the chargers got a blue chipper on defense at #17 in 2018. But generally that's red chip territory and the Cowboys got the only blue chip left on the board.

agreed, he's not a pro bowl caliber, but he can be that reliable 3rd down guy

i think reagor was hurt at the combine. at his pro day he was clocked at 4.22. pro days are always less accurate and more homerism... but if you watch his tape he's clearly not a 4.47 guy.

edit: they took kenneth murray. it's a solid pick tbh. i like him more than patrick queen

    Jeudy, Lamb are blue chippers

Ruggs, Reagor, Jefferson and the next couple that follow are red chip.

4.22 is deion sanders territory... but Reagor is certainly raw for now. Not a "step in week 1 of rookie season and show off" kind of guy. don't think they're cutting Alshon Jeffery after all. maybe Reagor starts in the slot, if nothing else an Agholor replacement.
