Case closed - Flynn rolled over and now he isnt man enough to do the time- instead other idiots like the discredited Solomon are just enabling him. Instead of Flynn flying USA flags - he should go to prison and pay for working for foreign governments while taking a job in the White House and causing a Federal judge to question his patriotism.

its as if a
bank robber is caught on video robbing the bank and then the fbi also has a phone call of the bank robber discussing the bank robbery with an accomplice...
before interviewing him - knowing they got him dead to rights-
the fbi discusses how they are going to “play this interview”
the interview starts and the bank robber declines to have his attorney present or other people- then he lies about the bank robbery....
later - when presented with the bank robbery video/phone call evidence-
he changes and admits to lying and pleads guilty and begins to cooperate in the prosecution of the other bank robbers

Ken White, a defense lawyer, has also been pointing out that the tactics red team angrily denounces have been normal for quite some time.
It was a problem when the FBI groomed weak, dull witted misfits as terrorists after 9/11 (TSA and red team totally mum) and it's still a problem. The bad press hopefully prompts a change in the FBI and the FISA court.
Once the target ceases to be a high value red team member, count on TSA's zeal about reining in out of control federal LE officers to wane.
