Note, I take this virus very seriously, but I also intuitively believe in the Summer/UV theory and that less densely population regions naturally reduce the R0 factor quite a bit (i.e. it might be 4 in NY, while it might be 1.4 in Texas). I'll go on record and say Texas won't hit triple deaths. Would I set policy according to that belief? No. But I ain't in charge
