Man, if only there was somebody who had some kind of oversight of CDC. You know, like, above CDC's own leadership. I mean, this is all crazy, but if there was another layer of control over the CDC -- say may, a branch of government, that could exercise some kind of control over it for criticisms like the one made by the good Dr. Birx. It's a ing shame our system isn't set up that way ...

It had been more like 1800 using rolling averages, but it's kind of hard to tell since Sundays and Mondays always seem very underreported, with big es then on Tuesdays.
