this all is basically a giant plot for governments to take over the rights of individuals to infect other individuals with the disease. A disease that does not exist.

but on occasion it does really exist but not on a widespread scale

so it has been used by governments to control the free movement of people so that they can be free to infect others and ruin the economy so that the ruling class can take over a dysfunctional economy
