People have done work ALL THEIR LIVES in these areas, we have to stick with them and let them hash it out. And they will agree and disagree just like we will, but that is exactly what we want. That is the strength of this country in science. And rushing things can be very dangerous, science types dont like this thus the disagreement about opening up and staying put. I get it, they both have huge upsides and downsides. Its horribly difficult.

Well, there are some pretty basic things people can do to decrease their odds of a bad outcome.
