So it goes
Chumpettes not going to like this.

Ray Hacke, the attorney who represented the plaintiffs in the case, said in a phone interview Monday the ruling invalidates Brown’s ban on churches gathering for worship but also invalidates the entire stay-at-home order, Hacke said. Common Sense intervened after the Sacramento-based Pacific Justice Ins ute filed the case earlier this month on behalf of Oregon businesses, expanding the scope, he said.“The stay-at-home order is no longer in effect. It is invalidated. If people want to get their haircut, they can. They can leave their home for any reason whether it’s deemed essential in the eye of the state or not,” he said.He added that the ruling was a vindication not just for freedom of religion, but for all Oregonians’ freedoms.
Meh, county judge. You might be ing the football too early.
Why did they lock down so hard there? Barely any cases, tbh.
Are their freedoms currently restored?
Yes or no.
Maybe that's the reason they have so few cases.
I doubt it
Are cases gonna e now?
Of course you do. That would hurt your narrative and you will never accept anything that might contradict that.
I don't know.

No. They never did. Oregon is fairly sparse. Population density and public transportation are the biggest factors.
I thought the technocrats were the experts. Not sticking to that?
The experts are the experts. I'm sticking to that.
Chumpettes can't confirm that science. They just know their masters said everything needed to be shut down.
Cool. List these experts.
Present.
I leave those kinds of predictions to epidemiologists.
Do you know what an epidemiologist is?
Yes or no.
Oh, cool. So, you must be a big fan of Dr. Knut Wittkowski, then.
If the governor broke the law, then this is absolutely the right outcome. We'll see what the state scotus says about that.
Is he an MD, MPH?
He's an epidemiologist.
Are you moving some goalposts now?
It's more a refining, but you can call it whatever you want. I do prefer ones with medical backgrounds, but I'm open to differing opinions from computer scientists if that's all you got. I'm sure you went epidemiologist shopping to find one to confirm your bias. Lots of that going around.
I told yall some time ago these things would be illegal. But noooo...
But it isn't illegal. The judge ruled that her emergency powers expired after a month, and should've been renewed by the legislature.
So it's not illegal per-se, it's a matter of current authority to extend the lockdowns, at least in Oregon.
