These cops aren't listening to the moment.
They just shot and killed another black man. Granted he didn't help things when he took the officer's taser, ran and then attempted to shoot it at the said officer.

Cops should be given rubber bullets instead of real ones. From what I can see, rubber bullets are just as effective as any other method minus the killing part.

legally speaking- the cop will win his case and get backpay and probably lots more
his defense is -again LEGALLY - solid.
THe taser can incapacitate a person for a minute- enough time to zap the cop , take his gun and kill him
so the cop will win his case and was legally justified

Well- that cop is going to be wrong no matter what and every armchair lawyer (like me) will opine on what could have been done differntly and how the guy should have been allowed to run away, etc
but the cop will win his case eventually- but the damage in this climate will be enormous.
