I think most whites on the left believe this is just evening the playing field. Much like in the 1990s we believed a non-white majority was just a white nationalist conspiracy.
This stuff in America happens seemingly overnight. What took UK centuries, was only a generation in America.
Jews had some highlights in Europe but overall they weren't treated all that well and were eventually booted out. Majority of Jews today have a direct relative that remembers. After that they vowed to never allow it to happen again. They set their sights on America and dividing the 90% white population in this country was goal. They are behind the LGBT movement. Ironically, that same tribe are behind the abortion movement which is why those conservatives judges appointed by Trump will never repeal Roe vs Wade.

The answer is clear. An employer who fires an individual for being sexual or transgender fires that person for traits or actions it would not have questioned in members of a different sex. Sex plays a necessary and undisguisable role in the decision, exactly what le VII forbids.
ie firing a male because he likes to bang dudes is discriminatory against sex because you wouldn't also fire a female for wanting to bang dudes... or that firing a male who identifies as being of the female gender is discriminatory because you wouldn't also fire a female who identifies with the female gender
its really a question of framing, because the counter-approach would be "i would fire sexual women and sexual men all the same, not discriminatory against sex."
