It's a fraction of that price to open a big box franchise. You can get a well locationed McDonalds for $500k.

Personally I think the descendants of the slaves we tortured and kidnapped and whose unarmed children seem to keep dying at the hands of police have shown remarkable restraint so far. Good on them.
