Guys no offense but all the ing about Demar, who cares how he does lol this Orlando restart is all about the young players and seeing their growth I could give two s about how the vets play
Caps going down, he is opting in. He ain't getting that money anywhere else.
Just hope the Spurs can find a reasonable trade for him because I am so sick of him.

Walker putting some effort in on D.
Derrick White and Keldon on the court at the same time is going to be so nice once the team realizes that duo is fire. The combo of offensive and defensive ability could be huge for us.
If only we can keep White in an aggressive mindset.
Derrick White wasted a year sitting behind Forbes....so Sad.
pro: spurs have young bright spots on the roster
con: spurs need basically everything else
Walker,White and Keldon are engaged and playing well. Murray is really not a point guard, his handles and court vision are below average...
yeah, just nonsense... and didn't pop say this being developmental is the most important thing?![]()
Assistant coach Mitch is calling the shots in this game...
DeRozan is getting shown up by guys 10 years younger than him.
that shot attempt by demar to end the half says so much about him. the dude is just barely mailing it in.
i wouldn't be surprised if he had the nerve to opt in.
Im just glad DeMar isnt hogging the ball as he did in the regular season. I don't know why yall care so much about how poorly hes playing...
Just got here in time for the last posession. Too bad I missed WhiteMvP... What happened to Murray? Getting the day off?
He's definitely opting in
During the regular season DeMar would be the defacto playmaker... Hes letting White and others handle it so far. We wouldnt be seeing this Derrick White if regular Demar was playing. Im pretty sure Mills opted out of playing so the young guys would see more playing time as well. Now if only Belinelli opted out of playing too... But Beli is a free agent so thats probably why he wants to play.
Hes been playing. Had a nice euro in the first. Not shining like the others just yet...
He is absolutely opting in. No one is paying this guy more than $12 million per
They're keeping the cap flat and just not letting it rise much for something like 2-3 years to make up for the lost revenue from the pandemic, with escrow percentages making up the rest of the difference. So DeRozan's actually better off just opting out and signing the long-term deal this summer if he thinks the money will be there. He'll still be whole with the base salary as opposed to having a cap drop that would slash his base salary and thus the entire contract which is based on that base salary. With New York hiring Thibedeau and presumably wanting players for now the Spurs could probably dump DePression on his ass.
Sometimes I question if any of these dudes have ever played basketball at any level. It's clear that he's letting the Young guys run the show. IF this was the regular season DeRozan would be setting up in semi transition every possession.
Thanks there was a comment at the beginning of the thread that he was game time decision of something can't tell if it was trolling. Really only got to see Walker draw the foul and demar's weak footer thingie. Has it been the same rotation as b4 more of less?
So happy to see Spurs playing compe ive B-ball thanks to Whitte, Lonnie, and Jakob. I do expect more from DJ, DeMar, and Rudy Gay!
