I know exactly where to find this one that YouTube took down. It's not being censored by the government or anything like that, snowflake.
Why do you want a video of, say, men giving advice about how to groom and abuse children along with pictures of fully clothed children with their faces blurred and the men's explicit descriptions of those children and what they would like to do with them?
