Wait wasn't he saying there were basically no deaths during the huge e and that in itself was evidence of it being no big deal, but now he's citing the deaths that are now being confirmed as occurring during that time period as evidence of it being no big deal?

Sounds like there was at least one death in Bexar County on August 17th from how they just reported 19 more deaths.
