What's the total number of protesters across the US?
Cancel culture good to hurt Ohio manufacturer and one of only two US tire makers.
Why do you hate America?
What's the total number of protesters across the US?
Christbot thinks that was a great tweet.
Trump wants Mitch McConnell, the senate majority leader, to stop the House from calling USPS hearings next week.
Really not quite sure how that works.
Each side is a bit deluded about the power that each side seem to have at any particular moment.
I have this crazy rightwing friend that swears Democrats are the ones running the country and hold all the power despite not having any significant hold on power.
Some democrats also think Trump will be emperor and will win all 50 states.
The difference being, of course, is that those Dems are largely just making a gloomy prediction out of fear. The Republicans you're talking about have a distorted view of present day reality![]()
Trump is wasting his time suing the state of New Jersey on the grounds that they're sending ballots illegally.
I'm ok with Trump's campaign putting their efforts on loser topics like these if it means they dont campaign in states they need to win.
They don't care about New Jersey, they're trying to set a precedent in federal court about mail-in ballots, and there was probably something about what New Jersey is doing (or something about the court with jurisdiction) that made them think it's the easiest place to get a precedent ruling they can use in other courts.
In my AI voice: we talking bout taxes!![]()
He's obviously going to appeal which he'll likely lose but the process will drag on past the election before he has to hand the tax returns over. Even if I'm wrong, they wouldn't be available to the public.

So Trump takes an L on the tax return fight and jobless claims unexpectedly jump to 1.1 million.
Not a good day for Dennison, and it's not even 11 o'clock yet![]()

Vote-by-mail may result in higher rejection rates.
But its convenience also means that as many or more people who intend to cast a ballot will in fact wind up casting a ballot.

So while a partisan split in vote-by-mail increases *uncertainty*, it's hard to predict who might benefit from it on balance.
If more D's are voting by mail, more D voters may have ballots rejected. But more R voters will have something come up on Election Day and fail to vote.
THAT was the appeal and the judge threw it out
im sure trump team will find a way to delay again tho
Article on cnn said trump could appeal
cnn good now?
Na, SCOTUS ruling only applies to whether Trump had immunity. SCOTUS specifically left open the possibility that Trump could still appeal a lower court ruling for other reasons, ie the subpoena being too overboard.
The difference is that once Trump loses this one at the court of appeals level, that ruling probably stands and SCOTUS doesn’t take it on. SCOTUS doesn’t want to waste its time on vanilla issues regarding whether a subpoena is overbroad.
Trump just lost another effort to try and block Manhattan DA from from getting his financial do ents
