So more details are coming out now. He had a knife but not on his person. And they did attempt to taze him. Felony warrant and non-compliant. Police were there because he was acting looney and stole some lady's keys. Looking more and more like it was justified. But 7 slugs to the back is a bit much. Whatever reform that needs to take place there needs to happen.
