Agreed. Horrendous play call.
CP3 choked but Donovan also ran a stupid play at the end. The whole entire team just didn't want it in the end.
Agreed. Horrendous play call.
He barely played in the 4th to begin with.
I'm not going to lie and say I'm some OKC expert, but Adams looks ing awful. Like he should not be playing crunch time minutes for any team
Mark Jackson was right for once. If Adams is going to be in the game, when things get scrambled, Adams should have just made a rim run and SGA should just toss the ball towards the basket. At least get a shot attempt up.
Adams and Gallinari with maybe the worst game 7 performances of all time. Best word I can use for them, flaccid.
CP3 and Donovan had a collective stroke in the end
Need your team to take the bullet and hire Mark Jackson, just so we don't have to hear him on ABC any more
show finish... LA in 5
No thanks. But I’m all for him not calling games anymore. He’s horrible.
CP0 has been deferring to scrubs in the playoffs his whole career. Just ask Jamal Crawford and Jannero Pargo. The free passes this guy gets after every playoff meltdown are unreal.
Gonna regret it the next time Blake rolls his ankle and there's no one there to put holy water on it.
Fav Mark Jackson moment of all-time was Game 4 of the 2007 Finals and Eric Snow gave this wanna be hard screaming speech during a timeout in the fourth quarter asking how much the Cavs wanted the game "win or go home, win or go home.... what you gon do?" and Mark Jackson sprayed his pants over how much he wanted a guy like Eric Snow on his team. While LeBron just looked at Snow like ' you only got two points tonight, off.' Jackson's reaction to that ridiculous hollow speech made it clear he was a special brand of re .
Final play of game (well 2nd to last) OKC inbounding and Houston in a Zone d.
That was WIDE open.
Even Mark Jackson picked up on it. That is how obvious.
No idea why inbounder did not pass it to Adams.
Perhaps he was so focused on getting it to CP0 as instructed by Donovan.
LMAO I found that speech. It's at the 1 hour, 10 minute mark. The way LeBron just tunes him out is hilarious.
Even Donyrell Marshall shining you off
Donovan: "Okay guys, let me just draw up this play real quick... Wait, Chris, do we have 15 seconds for you to dribble around and then do something? No? Well ..."
Whenever I read about Sam Presti being an advanced stats guru, I think "you mean the guy who has had Steven Adams starting at Center for his team for more than half a decade?"
Hand down man down
Mr. I Was Built For This disappearing in the final minute.
&
Westbrick bricked not one point blank left-handed layup, not two point blank left-handed layups, but three point blank left-handed layups in the final three minutes. Such a choker.
&
Harden sucked too for the most part if you want the trifecta.
Did he really draw up a play that had Steven Adams going out to the three line? That might make sense if there was hand-off in the works; sure didn't look like it though. The guy who threw that pass is lacking in basketball IQ. I'd throw a risky pass to a guy who might make a play before that sh**, which was knocked anyways.
