What a defensive breakdown on the last play. Instead of doing the Taco Fall gimmick, just make sure the damn three point line is guarded.
Taco on the inbounder was sound.
Failure to guard the trey was pure Greggor.

Didn't matter much. Lowry just stood a few feet back.

Pretty safe to say that Siakam's contract is about to be the worst in the league. Masai is a great GM, but that was an uncharacteristic panic signing.

Ibaka has been much more important this series.

The luckiest team in the league strikes again. The Celtics lose their minds and hand away game 3, meaning their paper thin team (Hayward injury was a killer) now has to essentially beat an even opponent 5 times.

Between that and the Bucks' implosion, the hipster media is going to get their wet dream finals of Raptors-Clippers.

Based on his falling ass backwards into the luckiest trade in league history and the best team in the league being decimated by injury?

By the way, if they didn't give Siakam the max, someone else would have, which would have had an adverse effect on the relationship.

Raptors' offense on this game is the worst thing I've seen in a long time.

That trade was borderline genius by Masai. He wanted to get rid of DeRozan and found a way to do it by getting the best player in the league. If he would have managed to make Kawhi to stay it would have been the greatest trade ever in the history of the league. As things stand, it wasn't the best traer ever, but still pretty ing great.

Also, his work getting all this great young talent with less than ideal draft picks is very praise worthy. His hiring of Nurse deserves recognition too. So far Masai has been pushing all the right buttons as GM, tbh. I don't get you son, you about the underserved praise and opportunities white coaches get over black ones, yet when arguably the best GM in the league is black you underrate him?

Nah, it was akin to finding a wallet with a lot of money in it. He fell ass backwards into it and because he's played the media game for years in a desperate attempt to get their franchise the attention they crave, he's been crowned.

The truth is, he's wanted to re-build since he took the job. The Gay for spare parts trade was intended to be the start, followed by Lowry to the Knicks, (Dolan blocked it). Then he tried to trade DeRozan for 2 years to no avail (went so far as to offer him for Wiggins) and every step of the way has just had things work out. He's shady and Nurse is an unethical self promoter.

I take things on a case by case basis.

He put up all star numbers and he has room to grow. It is yet to be seen if it's a bad signing or not because the salary extension doesn't kick in until next season.

The joke is on tyFO who refused to take the best deal out of pity (But..but..but...”he lowered his value”)

Nets literally gave Durant a max contract after he raptured his achilles so FOH with that plea cop, it’s pretty clear tyFO had no interest in rebuilding & seeked a deal that would keep the mediocrity ship afloat. (Muphuckas are the Arsenal of the NBA)

Bruh, that’s besides the point. Knicks would have given up the whole farm for Kawhi.

Nice try. Wojnaroski said "there wasn't a bidding war" and "this was the best deal on the table", while Windhorst called it a "discount price".

They were left with only bad options because of his withholding medical information and going dark, leaving outsiders to guess about his health status.

Had they been able get a legit re-build package like they rightfully should have been (ala Pelicans with Davis), there's no reason to think they wouldn't have done it.

The joke is on you b/c Woj/Windhorst sources are agent or front-office folks (i.e. tyFO) who leak certain stuff about other teams in return for a favorable tweet like the ones you mentioned.

"there wasn't a bidding war" and "this was the best deal on the table"

Are you telling me Clippers wouldn't have given up AT LEAST half of the haul they gave up for Playoff P to acquire Kawhi/Danny if tyFO didn't have an agenda with not trading him within the same conference?

Raptors play with a lot of heart but are totally inept on offense. They are desperately needing a number one option.

Don't think Raptors are gonna come back from a large deficit.

So they better start making shots before halftime or its over.

Watching the Raptors on this series I find myself asking how the did they manage to do so well this season? They are extremely flawed on offense. No true main option, not a single reliable shooter, nobody that can attack the basket with consistency. Nurse trully deserved that CoY award, tbh. Raptors' main reason for sucess is that defensive scheme that he implemented and that is not used bh anybody else in the league.

Tatum obviously fouled. How is that not considered a shooting foul?
