Zubac will be in foul trouble every game. Montrezl Harrell is one of the tiest defenders in the league.

I'm not even sure Clippers can stop Lebron. Lebron destroyed Paul George and Marcus Morris so many times over the years.

Still need KCP, Green, Kuzma, and Morris to hit some shots. The Lakers supporting cast is so weak and inconsistent. LBJ and AD need some help.

It really comes down to PG. If he plays at a high level than the combo PG/#2 will cancel out Lebron/Davis. After that it will come down to depth in which the Clippers have the advantage. I have the clippers winning this series unless they end up choking.

Still boggles my mind how Kwa chose Playoff Pee to be his #2 option.

Super lucky the Mavs had the bogus call on Porzy and then the injury to Porzy. Otherwise Pee was in full choker mode.

We'll see if he can play well vs the Lakers. I agree with above that if Paul George plays well the series will go to the Clipps.
Regardless, gonna be interesting to see how all the other role players do.

Clippers should just let Davis get his and shut down the other guys. Lebron obviously will be a major problem but between nephew, George and Morris he could be contained. Then switch Kawhi on Davis late game and have those cold players shoot.

Lakers should deny Kawhi the ball and give PG13 the green light and let him shoot to his delight. Take full advantage of the Davis advantage, spread the floor out and let Lebron and Davis run the pick and roll all day. Put rondo on Kawhi most of the game (there, I said it) and then switch Lebron on him late. Just put a Caruso on PG13 to bait him into chucking.

The teams played one meaningful game this year. Both teams were healthy and both teams were playing their best ball.

Denver might do better against the Lakers than the Clips. Or maybe not - Jokic is another big that lives on the perimeter.

Davis doesn't have to guard anyone in the post & therefore won't get tired out or in foul trouble.
LOL today's NBA. So weird to watch these playoff games, all with that big empty real-estate near the basket.

With Lebron and Davis playing at such a high level, it appears they have vanquished small ball. However, they could be a lot more aggressive - there's no reason either of should shoot another 3-pointer for the rest of the the playoffs - post up and/or attack the basket every possession. LeBron loves his 3's, which are falling now, but for how long?

Leonard's problem is he doesn't know which version of his teammates are going to show up to play. Yawn.

Lakers don’t have a secondary playmaker in the starting lineup thus Clippers are going to blitz the Davis/LeBrat PnR (or Davis post-ups) & dare the role players to beat em.

If you look at the season series, Green/Kuzma/Bradley were the beneficiaries but those shots might get harder if the Clippers actually play with some sense of urgency. Basically, Zubac/Davis + Morris/Brat with Kawhi/George/Beverley scrambling.

Clips are too deep. Picking them in 7.

Lebron 6-26 from the floor in the clincher for LAC. Then he gets bodied by commentators like Jay Williams all year long

Clips are too little, AD will impose his will. Nobody outside Kiwi and Recreational League P really plays any defense on that team.

Lou Harden has no business being on the floor in the clutch, due to being an undersized and crap defender, but you sure can expect Rivers to play him down the stretch.

Expect Lebron to pick them apart and dissect every single matchup advantage like a chief surgeon. Lakers in 6.

The Lakers need to stick with the current rotation to have a chance. Improved spacing/play making further amplifies James/Davis and in the former's case, lightens his ball handling load which keeps him fresher, while paving the way for him to post up some.

The biggest thing they have going for them outside of those things, is the reality that they clearly have significantly better chemistry. The Clippers are a bunch of mercenaries and their best players aren't leaders, leaving them susceptible to cracking if they face real adversity.

Agreed I feel the Clippers lack of chemistry and familiarity is the reason why they struggled to close out the Nuggets and the reason why the Mavs series went to 6 games. That's pretty much the only weakness the Clippers have besides not having a legit playmaker and a rim protector.
