We can start with calling the investigation a witch hunt. It was a proper, formal investigation that eventually exonerated him, and also found evidence of Russian interference in the election, along with sending a few of his buddies to jail (including his personal lawyer).

Unfortunately that's not supported by the evidence just yet. This is just the stuff you talked yourself into. It's really not complicated to see why either, they had 4 years to uncover and prosecute this alleged 'crime' if it had any legs.
Instead of tweeting about it, it would be more interesting to see a case being filed somewhere, anywhere.
