So far, as far as States called, and compared to 2016, Trump lost Arizona and that's it. Biden obviously needs more than that.

Because they already know which areas are trending to vote for who based on the early voting pattern.

Once the inner parts of VA are all counted, you know more votes are not coming from there, and the difference becomes insurmountable, whether all votes were cast in the city or not.
