What makes him a hack? He's reporting the count as it was informed to him.
If you're a statistician and you're just mindlessly reporting 23,277-0 as if that's not likely election fraud, you're either a total hack or an outright fraud.
Either the county was complacent or they just supported the fraud or both.
Explain how 23k votes would be fraud? There's people from both parties + independent monitoring the count.
Not to mention these were mail in votes (expected to largely favor Biden) for a county that voted 81-18 Biden.
Again, you need to explain what's the conspiracy here. We all know some counties made mistakes that were quickly corrected (that's why you have observers having the ability to challenge in real time the count).
