Well when you're one of the worst 3P shooting teams in a league that depends on 3P shooting, he's not a bad pick. But Bey drains them too. To me that says there will be some personnel changes. Unfortunately, it probably doesn't mean that.
wow this Halliburton guy looks super slow and unathletic. Like a 20 year old Andre Miller / Eric Snow or some . Glad we didn't pick him. But would have rather we picked Bey, since hes bigger than Vassell

You just said they are trash in FA. They are non existent in trades. Yes they draft amazing but in 2 out of 3 phases they suck.Their FA signings over the years have been pathetic, but their drafting has been solid. Especially considering that they have been perennially picking in the bottom of the 1st round. You're kinda coming off like a grumpy old man.
They’ve fallen out of the playoffs, have a worse trove of assets than many teams that are equally as good now. So yeah, I’m frustrated. They are and have been stuck in neutral and it’s getting worse.
I love the pick at 11. I love Vassell. But Sa needs to move on from DDr and LMA and they should have been able to get something positive for them and they just basically ruined their chances at that it appears.
They are behind. It’s not good enough to just not make mistakes. They need to catch up and be creative and get the f*ck out of neutral

I heard this kid Vassell is basically a younger version of Danny Green. When he develops we can then flip him for 2 or 3 first round picks since teams are now obsessed with 3-D role players .

Vassell is a good defender which im always good for... but perimeter seeming awfully crowded now between White/Walker/Keldon/Dejounte and now Vassell. and thats just the young guys, not factoring in Derozan. i feel Bey would have made a lot more sense roster construction wise, though that could be short sighted.

Spurs so disappointing. Position they’ve put themselves in & stunning lack of creativity/lack of self awareness is frustrating.
Sa can get a good player at 11. But how can they look in mirror & justify running this team back as others not only improve but have brighter futures?
