Political expedience cannot be the be all and end all if you want the social good.
~70% of Americans thought civil rights legislation in the 1960s was a bad idea. Does that mean we shouldn't have passed civil/voting rights legislation?
Political expedience cannot be the be all and end all if you want the social good.
Unless, of course, you're a chicken afraid of taking a big chance for what you believe and cool with not getting it.
That's the mark of a the shrewd politician right? To just pretend and pay lip service, and approach the good by a million mincing steps.
Isn't that kinda how we got Trump? The reluctance of libs to pass straightforwadly beneficial policies for fear of pissing off political donors?
How Chumpettes going to have a police state without police, blakehole?
You'll notice the other chumpettes aren't coming to your aid on this.
Kraken: "We have a case out of Michigan that needs to go (to the S.C.), a case out of Arizona that may very well wind up there. There should be at least three states before the S.C. with enough electoral votes to change the outcome before the end of the week."
Why was Bri Bri meeting with all these commies?

Oh, oh... another loss
SCOTUS won't even watch this, actually. But here's your fix of the day... "new big lawsuit!" "ONTO SCOTUS!" every path leads to SCOTUS!"![]()
tbf, we called that "The Civil Rights Act"... not "dilute the white vote". Not sure how things fare if we go for the latter.
You should really stay away from this convo, as you support a military state which is infinitely worse, tbh.
More than 1,500 attorneys sign letter condemning Trump legal team
Hundreds of attorneys across the country have signed on to an open letter condemning the legal efforts pursued by lawyers for President Trump in the hopes of overturning the 2020 election results.
An open letter from Lawyers Defending Democracy has been signed by more than 1,500 attorneys, law professors and officials in the legal profession, including some high-profile signees such as Laurel Bellows, a former president of both the Chicago Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
"More than 35 losses in election-related cases have made one thing painfully clear: President Trump’s barrage of litigation is a pretext for a campaign to undermine public confidence in the outcome of the 2020 election, which inevitably will subvert cons utional democracy. Sadly, the President’s primary agents and enablers in this effort are lawyers, obligated by their oath and ethical rules to uphold the rule of law," reads the open letter.
"Bar Associations need to condemn this abuse and bar disciplinary authorities need to investigate it," it continues.

Trash and his mafiya's coup attempt has failed, with support from 99% of the Repug Congressionals.
Note:
the Repugs and 74M Trash voters would have gone along with a successful coup
because they are no longer working for democracy,
don't give the tiniest about Americans and America, and
have an authoritarian strategy of taking over the government,
to implement the anti-democratic fascism of Capitalism that dictates to the venal Repugs with heavy financial support.
Sooner or later, the Capitalist oligarchy will succeed, maybe with only minor blood spilling, in completely taking over govt.
America won't survive for its tricentennial.
Oh, oh...
No plans for a police state.
What's a Chumpette?
Nomemclature is a , I get it.
