DeMar has been really good for us. What a leader.
Yep. I'm actually beginning to think I'd like him back if the contract is only 2 years and at the right price.

Spurs defense looks like hot garbage sometimes, but quarters like this one show you the defensive potential of this team. They just gotta get more consistent on that end. All of a sudden you see gang rebounding, everybody collapsing when opponents drive to the basket and multiple players going up to contest shots at the rim, with a lot more physicality.

He's really taken a backseat and can score at will when he needs to. He's put his money where his mouth is and setting a good example.

DeMar fits extremely well with this young team. They need a veteran go-to guy and his passing really makes him an asset. System is also very well suited for his game, fast paced with a lot of 3-point shooters surrounding him

The Lonnie/Vassell/Keldon/Gay/Aldridge line up was really good. What's great is when someone has an off night, other guys can step up.

If the Raptors keep double teaming in the post the Spurs should run a lot of post ups and play out of those. Got some easy buckets at the end of the 2nd out of it

lonnie killing the double teams with aggressive drives to the hoop. love it.

im glad the guy has worked on his shot, but with his athletic ability, getting to the rim should be his priority, and let the outside shot work off of that.

yeah I agree. I think once they have gelled the team should be a lot more consistent defensively. There are really no liabilities out there

There is some great individual defence but its the team defense that's utter garbage

DD is just a good player and you now seeing a team that's built with him in mind.

Love what I'm seeing from Walker, KJ and Vassell. Let's hope once White comes back, we trade LA, Gay and Scrubby Mills. Team will be far better defensively and exciting to watch

Excessive punishment for a rookie who's still learning IMO.
Stop spinning narratives, Vasell got 3 fouls it's common in NBA to sit a player with 3 fouls in the 2Q

Has LMA already given up on the stretch 5 idea and returned to the bosom of the long 2?
