How was it Lonnie's fault? That was the play pop drew up
Not even mad. Winnable game, but everything went against them and refs ed them and they still had a shot. Good learning experience for the youth. Wish Demar was mentally tougher tho.
The refs were pure garbage. That 5 point play was a bs sequence of bad calls. BI gets phantom touch fouls when he drives to the paint but when Keldon or any other Spurs drove they didn't get the same type of touch foul calls.

Difficult loss, still encouraged by the team for the most part. Pelicans suck but at least we can say we’re missing arguably our best player in DWhite
Unfortunately, the easy part of our schedule is over. The next 10 games or so are almost guaranteed losses until we play OKC

What's maddening is giving teams second chance opportunities in crunch time.
Last play wasn't Lonnie's fault. NOLA just defended it perfectly. They were going to give up that Lonnie two and just stayed at the 3 point line. Spurs didn't have any TOs left so no point in taking a 2 with under 4 seconds left on the clock. I'm not going to get pissed off because SVG guessed Pop's play in the 3rd game of the season.

I know he shouldnt go for a 2. He passed it back to a crowd of Pelicans putting DeMar or whoever caught the ball in a bad spot. He could have dribbled it out
