Can't criticize White yet, too soon, Murray is pretty trash offensively as well and others but our main problem is defense and LA is the main culprit here which affects the whole defense.

That’s exactly what it is. They’ve appointed the best player on the team and don’t wanna eat the sandwich they made so they’ll shift the blame elsewhere.
Some guy last game quoted me after I called out White falling asleep and giving Bane (50% 3pt shooter) two open threes, and suggested Pop might have told him to do that since he’s a rookie
Folks need to watch him on defense and notice how he’s lost sight of his guy every single time due to over helping.
Why aren’t they attacking the rims? Is the Grizz reslly this good?
Defense was complete in the 2nd quarter and that zone they threw at the Spurs completely discombobulated the offense.
And Kyle Anderson and Dillon Brooks are turning into real Spur killers. Seems like ever since last season, thanks Bryn, Brooks has this increased level of confidence against our guys.
Gotta hope for a much, much better effort and not just laying down like against Utah & Golden State.

Spurs just need to the exact opposite of what they did in the first half, and everything will be ok.

I said after the Nuggets game, when everyone, including me, were high on the team. I said that I felt like Pop does not have an adequate gameplan for elite point guards. He has a stronger defensive gameplan against bigs, in which the Nuggets have. I was really concerned Morant would eat us alive. What I noticed was that in the last Grizzlies game, Spurs gave up lots of open corner 3's. The Grizzlies seemed to just write up a play after a timeout and got corner 3's. After the Spurs got within 5, Grizzlies hit back to back corner 3 pointers. They were wide open.
Now I haven't watched this game, and by looking at the score chart, it seems we are not giving up corner 3's but instead interior shots and long 3s at the top of the key. Has the gameplan gotten worse?
Aldridge sucks but Perimeter guys have to be more than turnstiles. Second game the Spurs being badly outhustled by Grizzlies. I like Rudy but seems its time for him to go or be told to change 2/3 of his isos into passes creating ball movement.
