    Incredible to think there really were people clowning on the FO for giving Jakob a measly $9M/per and locking him up for 3 whole years... I'm waiting just a bit more before I start bumping the thread with quotes. Ridiculous. Poeltl has been playing extremely well, he can definitely fill in as a starter (though I still don't see him starting an entire season, at least until he gets his FTs in check), and is a post move or two away from being a two-way contributor. He compliments our guard core extremely well and allows everyone to play looser, more perimeter-oriented defense while he holds the fort inside. Underrated player for sure.

    We're playing some damn nice basketball. Who was that poster again saying we were oh so boring to watch this season, tbh?

    That was frustrating for sure. They are clearly better shooters/players now though. Not saying that had anything to do with it but we know the Spurs didn’t want to part with either in the off-season.
