Cornyn just opposed Cruz’ efforts to challenge the results after Biden won the election.
Following that logic, deregulation and deference to the free market, plus Republicans in charge, just screwed us hard.
Bull . He could directly communicate with FEMA or any other organization and coordinate with cons uents. He could get a direct look at what problems people are having. Lobbying is much more meaningful and successful in person.

Just checked out John Cornyn’s Twitter feed, news reporting on him has been sparse the past few days. He has posted links to relief and charitable resources on his twitter feed, and he wrote Biden to ask for the disaster declaration Biden would have approved in any case.
Looks like Cornyn is mailing it in from vacation, but at least he didn’t get caught boarding an airplane leaving the state when it got too cold. Next to fleeing the country, pretending to care looks ok.
