No. The court was asked for a summary disposition on 4 questions, not a trial. 1 went the plaintiff way, 2 went the defendant's way, and the last claim was rejected as not relevant.

The plaintiff can certainly sue and demand a trial over the the first claim, that's the recourse (that case doesn't exist yet though).

The fact that actionable claims went from 4 to 1, can't be considered a 'win' by any measure.
