yeah, the Trump corporate tax cuts didn't do anything significant for job growth which was already strong before that, the trickle down just put more money in the pockets of CEOs, big wig execs and stockholders. Now personal income tax decreasing I agree with and do not agree with raises in personal income tax for anything under $1million, considering $400k really isn't a ton of money these days. You can't even buy a decent house for $400k these days in or near a decent city/suburban area.
Less than 2% of households in the country make $400K or more, and it seems like you don't know how houses are bought.

Yeah but there are some of us who are against borrowing for the sake of principle (not to be confused with principal). I'd rather have the interest rates at a much more market-natural 6-7% but prices a more reasonable ~$100/square foot for a quality built house in a decent community or suburb with a decent sized lot.
