CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The crowds again appeared strong this year at South Padre Island for spring break, despite the pandemic.

In that it becomes difficult sometimes to tell when he has been genuinely duped or is just being a lying sack of .
I believe most ppl get infected at socials, bars, parties, restaurants and family gatherings. Those places its either impossible to mandate masks or enforce.
Most ppl social distance everywhere else so I think thats the most important factor. Masks work too but with social distancing. This is why I think you dont see a big difference regarding mask mandate vs no.
Now if they relax social distancing and ppm started going to concerts and bars and planes w no masks, cases would explode
