i dont think very highly of either. there was a time i would listen to Shapiro's daily pod, which was a 1 hour or so rundown of him looking at the news of the day (as opposed to what his current show is like), and i used to think that relative to the talking heads on other shows, he was reasonably objective on that program. but his general political takes? i dont care for them, and i think his arguments are pretty bad when held to any scrutiny

but in that short clip i highlighted, i think he accurately captured why people overblow "fake news". unfortunately he falls prey to it all the time
