Man Luka was looking so good when he was briefly getting regular minutes. Now he looks like last year's Luka.
Pops mistake was not pulling the starters sooner. They looked like deer caught in headlights against the zone/press. They didn't execute well at all.
Still looks like the same scrub to me tbh
I expect we will play better in Miami in a week or so but these are the type of games that drive you crazy as a fan.
- Mills got Herro hot then you have to live with the results...they weren’t great.
- If you aren’t going to generate quality shot opps. Out of your set ‘O’, the Defense has to help create that for you. We play as the slowest young team in the league. Let’s at least try our all athlete team on the floor. Put DJ, Lonnie, Vassell, Samanich and Eubanks out there for example. Granted, it might be a disaster but this team lacks life at times.
There were at least two, 4 minute + FG droughts that were just killing us. It was clear, “the worm (wasn’t) going to turn”...
- Rudy Gay had two of the worst close outs to 3s I have ever seen. Both late in the clock, one a foul, the other late leading to an open make.
Looking forward to the Detroit game. Some of these vets may get some rest.
Isaiah Stewart vs. Drew Eubanks may be the best 90s NBA throwback matchup of the year.
Heat roll out 3/4 court press and then fall back in a 2-3 zone and its over.

Demar, Rudy, and Patty are the modern day Richard Jefferson, Michael Finley, and Roger Mason Jr. Only difference is the former is being given the Big 3 treatment.

The guy finally got his together and they benched. The Devin Vassell benching is even worse. One of the most bizarre things this season.
If you’re a young player, you probably should avoid this franchise at this point. It’s a zombie franchise.
Why would he want to look good last time he had a good game scored 14 minutes and played good D he got benched for weeks. Just look at Vassell had one of his best game and next games Pops acting like he has Covid - Again Pop
Spurs team next year without Popovich, DeRozan, and Gay will be must-see basketball. A pity there's very paltry chance of that occurring.
I have been telling you guys, the Murray/White backcourt has got to go next off season. They need to break them up and move for a legit shooter.
