The country would be in a much a better place if Hillary had been elected back in 2016. Instead the orange baboon created another mess. The republican created this rhetoric around her and a lot of people don't like her. Most of them keep stuttering "her emails, Benghazi, pizzagate.." like re s believing all the conspiracy theories around.
tbh, I don't subscribe to any of the conspiracies and she's objectively a horrible person and an awful and unlikeable candidate. Her problem wasn't that conservatives didn't vote for her, not even historically blue areas did.
Whether the US would be in a better place or not is a distraction. She didn't win because she was that awful, the rest is pure speculation.

well, she had more votes than trump. In any normal democracy, she would have been elected so saying that she didn't get support is a lie, not as much as Obama (who got the blacks to go vote) but she had the majority. People didn't choose a conamn over her, the system did. In all the other democracies, sh would have been elected, period.

The rules to win the election were clear before the election to everybody, so this thing about the popular vote is immaterial. This went to campaign to Arizona when she was slipping in the rust belt, that's entirely on her.

She didn't get support on states Obama carried back to back and weren't necessary close. That's what I mean when I say she didn't get support.
We're not talking Florida here either, she assumed the rust belt was all wrapped up, and it wasn't. Trump's bull about manufacturing and anti-globalization made an important dent and she didn't pay attention and took for granted.

Trump won where he needed to. That's the game you play. You don't have to carry the most votes, you have to carry the most electoral votes.
