And good ing God. Simmons makes Porzingis look like Jordan? yeah his shot is trash. Yet Porzingis still has less value and will get back less if traded.

the absolute obsession of rocketfan with the mavericks is fascinating

actually its not, it resembles the average houstonians penis envy of dallas and how they can never shut up about dallas

tbh when a person is that obsessed over city trash talk to the point that they cant even find delight in their own city without obsessing about another, it may be a highly viable option to contemplate suicide

Mav fan says: “don’t talk about Cuban blowing up a championship team, don’t talk about Roddy B being the most overrated player of all time, don’t talk about Cuban being a ty owner”.

Naw it was funny last summer with the front office drama in Houston. With the going on in Dallas it ain’t so funny now is it?

'grow a sack' is where were at then intellectually huh? you seem like a really cool guy, i imagine that is the type of sentiment a lot of really interesting, intelligent men who are fundamentally happy and fulfilled in their lives find themselves expressing to strangers on the internet

ps...did you go to a high school for people with "learning differences"? (honest question, not meant to be funny. yours was one of the most intellectually incoherent response I've seen)

pps... since you consider yourself basketball savvy: do you think there are a lot of yesterdays NBA candidates who were impressed by Mike's grandstanding move, or do you suspect as I do that just maybe it was a move designed to impress the lowest common denomenator of our society (...people like you)?

first of all, Yeah Simmons’ shot is trash. At least he still has value on defense. Porzingis has no value right now. Nobody wants him. That Mavs offer you listed is will be easily beat. And the next first round pick they can trade is their 2025. Portland will trade him wherever the best offer is. And no, that Mavs offer is worse than Philly’s.
Doesn’t matter who has a better deal, if Dame pulls a Harden and dictates that he’ll only go to Dallas, then they’ll take whatever they can get, the same way Houston accepted that garbage deal from Brooklyn

They’d only trade Dame if they want to blow it up and tank anyways, so it’s doubtful they even keep Porzingis or Simmons long term in any hypothetical trade.

No man. Not how it works. Dame has 4 years left on his deal. So it’s going to require a haul, not like he has 1 year left and is a rental. He will have multiple teams on his list. Houston’s deal with the Nets, it was an awful deal for them because what if they don’t win? They didn’t win this year because they could not stay healthy. It’s a risk. Because next year they all can leave. It was a stupid deal on their part. You don’t give up unprotected picks like that.

and once again, Dallas doesn’t even have near the picks the Nets had to make a trade for Dame. They don’t. 4 years left on the deal will require a HAUL. For example, if GS wants to make a trade, Wiseman, filler, plus both lottery picks.

No trade of that magnitude is ever one for one. Those would be the centerpieces. If you want to think Dallas has a chance go right ahead. They aren’t competing with Boston, Philly, Knicks, Golden State, New Orleans (no no one wants to play there they just have a lot of assets, Denver, Milwaukee)

Naw, peanuts is what you will get for Porzingis. Trading two first round picks with nothing to show for it.

But I guess Porzingis is better that’s why Luka couldn’t get out the first round.

    Nobody wants that either

Nobody thought KAJ would leave the Big O for the Lakers.
Nobody thought Shaq would leave a loaded Magic team for the Lakers.
Nobody thought Kwame would be traded for Pau.
Nobody thought Bron would willingly sign with the Lakers.
Nobody thought we'd get AD too.

Read the tea leaves son, and be afraid like Jordan was when he didn't have Scottie by his side. Jordan was a loser without ScottiePERID

But yeah, let’s make a white guy who is still owed 100 million dollars, who is healthy 40-50 games out the season a centerpiece in a trade for Dame Lillard with barely any picks attached. Portland gotta be all over that.

Porzingis wouldn’t turn down a wide open dunk because he’s scared of being fouled
