Suns wouldn’t be in the Finals without Paul
trae young also out tonight. Still, should be an easy win.
Bucks obliterating the Hawks right now.
Bucks' inability to hit an outside shot keeping the Hawks in it now.
Seen enough of this game. Hawks will eventually take the lead and pull away imo. Bucks are such a low IQ team.
They still have to give the Bucks calls to keep the lead... incredible
despite some flaws with outside shooting, milwaukee has a really well rounded basketball team. this should be a really good finals matchup between them and phoenix.
No doubt, but as many have said, they often play stupid. If they remember to attack the paint, they should ring easily against the Suns.
They are the last team standing that can score easily in the paint.
Good by the Bucks to keep attacking the paint. Bucks vs Suns will be interesting provided Antetokounmpo can come back.
If they play like they did tonight, they will beat the Suns sans the freak.
eh...heh
Eh, I'd take the Suns in 5 tbh. Unlike the Hawks they're an elite defensive team on top of an elite offensive one.
This was probably the best game the bucks played the whole year. If they could play like this more often id actually think they could be champs. Sucks that they ll probably play like the next game.
If they get Giannis back by GM 7 they are good.
Looking forward to a Finals matchup with different names this year.
And Giannis is a damn cyborg. He's the an hesis of Kawhi.
It's weird how some of these teams have performed better without their stars for at least a game. Clippers played a few good games without Kawhi. Suns without CP3. Hawks blowout Bucks without Trae. Bucks return the favor without Freak. It's almost as if the pressure is a little off, role players don't think too much and just play, and certain guys get comfortable with more responsibility on offense. There's an argument that both the Hawks and Bucks play better as a team without their respective stars. Issue is that when things don't go well, shots don't fall, they don't have that one guy to take over when no one else can and put the team on his back.
But in a way, it's more enjoyable than watching Trae draw hip fouls 40 feet from the basket and chuck logo threes every few possessions or watching Freak take two steps from halfcourt, elbows up clearing dudes grills, and pretending he's a graceful ballerina on his way to the hoop.
True true
Won easily in Game 1.
Other then his Bonner stat padding in the 4th qtr of the last game he was his usual dribble dribble dribble ball hog pedestrian self.
Save the super bogus call to gift them Game 4 and series could well be Clippers.
He may be able to coatail the Suns to a ring but i think it ends his first ever trip.
...and that will be the interesting part...if Paul is in for the remainder of his career; if he'll come here, make a homestead, vest himself in home & not hearth, but heart. He'll need Sarver to meet him half-way, give-OR-take a portion. Lengthen the contract, ease the monetary hit. Is Sarver willing to, with both hands dig into that Sarver Personal Boodle not only for Paul, but for a wide variety of deserving people? & not grudge it, but actually give up money as a gesture of selflessness, in broad daylight without wincing and living then in regret? Or, will Sarver hog it, smile at the cameras then hustle into his pesonal study, lock the door behind him and bring his fortune up on the Internet?
That's because he wasn't healthy. He was coming back from Covid and Clippers broke his hand/fingers/wrist in Game 3.
Paul had 0 turnovers in game 6 and people are still hating on him![]()
IKR, time to give the guy credit. He was the leader of a team going to the Finals and likely going to ring. Put some respeck on his name already.
