I'm just stating a simple fact that the 3 letter agencies, especially the FBI, can not be trusted from here on out. They have proven themselves corrupt regardless of what's going on in Colorado.

If ducks had bothered to read the story before posting about it, he would know that the person being investigated is a Trumpanzee County Clerk who allegedly compromised voting equipment security. Good luck with that one, Trumpers

which didnt lead to any prosecutions for collusion or anything. they investigated and wrapped it up. the FBI agent who changed words was then prosecuted and convicted

executing a warrant isn't really spying.

the guy who flubbed the do ent on the warrant was prosecuted for his actions

im genreally always for investigations, even if they dont ultimately lead to charges

oh give me a ing break

The FISA warrant was obtained illegally and a FISA warrant allows the most intrusive spying our government can do.

i addressed the issue with the warrant. guy was charged over it. i still reject "spying" as a good descriptor for the execution of a warrant

like i said, i dont care for that characterization. i think "spying" carries with it a very specific connotation

one of the FBI attorneys basically doctored an email that was sent as part of the warrant application. he changed an email from saying that Carter page was a source for another government agency to saying that he had not been a source

i dont recall if there was any conclusion made about whether that was or was not dispositive in the granting of the warrant

But that doesn't mean the warrant was obtained illegally, it means the warrant was obtained under false pretenses, and not necessarily by the prosecutors.

IOW, it wasn't just the FISA judge that was mislead in this case, but also purportedly the prosecutors requesting the warrant.

Once the person that lied was found, he was penalized, as he should be.

This is akin to having an informant and that informant lying to prosecutors.

The case will likely crumble and if the witness testified, he could be liable for lying under oath, but that doesn't make neither the case nor the warrants issued during the case 'illegal'.
