Why does that matter? If two get pregnant, why is only one able to decide the fate?
It matters because the relationship with the host is strictly parasitic during a large part of gestation.

Like I said many times, if we had the tech to take out the fetus at any time during pregnancy (without any risk to the host) and it could survive, then we would be having a different discussion. But we do not (yet).

The force-birthers, Christian or Catholic, know that in general white women have or can obtain the means to travel to wherever abortion is allowed.

They know poor black and brown women don't have the means, so force-birthing on them is a white supremacist tool of oppression, of keeping the poor in poverty with kids they can't afford.
does it hurt being so dumb?

Do you have any kids where the mother actually consented? Do you think the loss of a child doesn't affect the male precursor? How do you reconcile your stance with God's commandment?

Should she be able to walk away from the newborn once outside of the womb or is that child abandonment?

What commandment is that, in your belief as a budding theist?

The loss of a child affects the male strictly in the emotional sense, if any. Carrying a child has significant physical, hormonal, and emotional effects on a woman. Not to mention financial. There's also health risks, especially at certain ages.

That's fine if she wants to have a baby. But you would compel that on women for 40 weeks without their consent. I can't imagine the kind of sexual frustration it takes to hate women that much, but you are a profoundly angry person.

The Texas Abortion Ban is Uncons utional | Opinion

    Epstein's buddy ALAN DERSHOWITZ

The Texas anti-abortion statute is uncons utional in so many different ways it is hard to know where to begin.

Most fundamentally, it flies directly into the face of Supreme Court precedents starting with Roe v. Wade and continuing until now.

There is simply no Supreme Court decision allowing a state to ban abortion as soon as a heartbeat is detected. Lower courts are bound by Supreme Court decisions unless they are overruled.

The Texas statue is, therefore, a functional ban on abortion, deliberately designed to force the Supreme Court to reconsider 50 years of precedent.

Texas law makers are counting on the three Donald Trump appointees to the Supreme Court to overrule Roe, as Trump promised they would when he appointed them.

Stare decisis (to stand by things decided) is an important part not only of American jurisprudence,

but of all common law jurisprudence. not by the Roberts court

the role of the Supreme Court as a neutral arbiter of the Cons ution. neutral?

The transparent attempt by Texas lawmakers to cir vent the rule of law and the cons utional right of abortion

should be quickly slapped down by the Supreme Court.

The rule of law requires that bag Texas lawmakers be told in no uncertain terms that they cannot engage in this kind of lawless and reckless cir vention.

No state should be permitted to empower individual strangers to threaten with financial damages doctors, nurses, parents, ministers and even Uber drivers who assist a woman or a girl who is seeking an abortion.

You already know which commandment that is. Would you use ignorance as a defense when the roll is called and that long black train is at the station?

Rape only affects a woman in the emotional sense, in many cases, otherwise it's just sex.

went from "y do u hate god" to "y do u hate women"

Every loss to you can be turned into a win simply by inserting hate to your opponent's motive.

Life outside the womb is a completely different matter (legally), especially since the SCOTUS has stipulated that individual legal rights only become dispositive upon birth, and not before it.

    Same population.

The people taking ivermectin are likely against abortions, so why do you have completely conflicting takes on the same group of people? You cannot separate the ideology by category and treat them individually. If you think ivermectin leads to infertility and that bothers you, think of who it would affect. Then consider why you're telling that same group to become infertile.

No, I don't know which biblical commandment speaks on abortion. You'll have to point me to that one.

(I also don't know about long black trains, but I bet you have some experience there)

Rape only affects a woman in the emotional sense, in many cases, otherwise it's just sex.
Wow you're really building up a slick profile of quotes for your Bumble profile here. Rape only has emotional impact? LOL holy .

went from "y do u hate god" to "y do u hate women"

Every loss to you can be turned into a win simply by inserting hate to your opponent's motive.
In the last page, you have opined that a man's emotional connection with a fetus compels a woman to endure 40 weeks of unwanted pregnancy, and also that women only suffer emotional distress from rape. I calls it like I sees it, bud. This is some bonkers from you.
