I guess my concern would be with all the video games kids play is that the one bad kid (whose probably an introvert and plays video game all day) would be able to decimate all the good kids with guns.

Unfortunately this will always be a thing. Guns aren't going away. People with school aged children will just have to send them to school and hope they don't get shot...or move out of states with relaxed gun laws. I'm glad my kid is an adult now.
