    IMO, the ideal rotation:

    Murray/ Tre
    Vassell/ White
    Keldon/ Lonnie
    McDermott/ KBD
Poeltl/ Landale or Thad, I guess

would include Primo in there, but just being realistic

Samanic deserves the majority of the blame w/o question. However, why when the game has ratcheted up it’s intensity, is he checking in for the first time, as a backup 5, with less than 4 mins left?
bruh. he's ass. he gets production all on genes pretty much. he is not a smart player or someone you can trust in a rotation... just empty stats. He may be a star one day in the Whiteside kind of stars but he ain't it man. We need to move on. KBD a much better player. Let Luka be someone else's problem. I wouldn't be surprised if he's out of the league in a year. He needs a lot of work.

The simplest solution is to bench White and start Walker.
I think White may come off the bench, but I would pick Vassell to start.

Wondering if the rotation might ultimately shake out thusly:

    Murray, White
    Walker, Forbes
    Vassell, McDermott
    Johnson, Bates-Diop
    Poeltl, Young

Feels like a balanced first unit and a bench that could win most of their match-ups. Sucks that three centers would be on the bench, but I'm not sure that any of Eubanks/Landale/Collins would help the team more than KBD or some other power-forward playing with Thad would do. I also think that's the better lineup for development, because you can move on from Forbes for Primo and basically have all of the developmental guys in the rotation while also having more defined roles on a team that wants to win games. I also think if the goal is to try to sell high on Young, then that sort of lineup would feature him the best, since it would give him ample spacing and opportunity to handle the ball.

yeah I like that lineup with Vassell, just to keep the offense more focused with Murray and Keldon. I like him and White pairing up. White needs that kind of player to take the pressure of so to speak.

I get the hate, I sincerely do. My point is that if it’s a confidence thing, the last thing I think you would want to do is throw him in the fire against a team clearly going for it, out of position no less, to make a positive contribution.
Samanic has to play a role in his revitalisation to be sure, but I would argue he’s never had a consistent role in the whole time he has been here.

A couple of games he played he showed flashes but it's hard to get better if you never touch the court

I don't hate Luka at all. As a matter of fact I feel he is very misguided somewhere. And it's not a confidence thing at all. He doesn't have heart or a brain as far as I'm concerned. I'm not sure what motivates him. He just goes in and goes through the motions. Then he decides to score and he scores. Then he decides to play D, then he decides to give up. It's just weird man. I don't know if his heart is fully in the game.

Orlando reeeeaaaaally wanted that game, lol. They didn't realize the Spurs pulled their most effective players long before.

Forbes with the tight defensive play at the end, lol.

Thad Young looks small and out of it. Really hope he can help some other team somehow.

Ready to pull the trigger on Keita over Luka. It's not even a close call.

Was Jock hurt? I'd rather see him over Eubanks at this point and I like Eubanks.

Vassell, Murray, Walker all looked terrific.

Primo's handle is terrible. Really needs to tighten that up, big time.
Dumbass Lonnie pretty much knocked Jock's lights out last game lmao. Out with a concussion.

Orlando's first unit just got beat by our third string and Bryn Forbes... And with Luka acting as a sixth man for them... hilarious.
Orlando was down Johnathan Issac and Fultz; arguably their two best players.

Our third unit almost lost a massive lead to their first is a more accurate assessment.

If the team can get Primo to hook up with a great ball-handling coach and have them joined at the hip for a solid year, or two...
He could become great. He has so many tools in the belt already for such a young man.

Become very good with his handle? Sky's not even the limit.

He has an It about him. It needs to be cultivated post haste.

Small ball Young can be benched against bigger teams or on back to backs? Is Luka that deep on the bench?

I don’t worry about Primo’s handles. It will come. He seems to have a very good bball IQ seeing the plays developing and not scared to be in the mix. Don’t get me wrong I see a lot of Demar in him on how he creates, plus the 3pt shooting and defense. Demar is a very good player and could be perennial AS if he works on his 3pt shots and play more defense.

He made some cold blooded shots and then got team focused and pressured causing some errors but he played relatively well. Once again was poised even though Orlando was playing the game like a preseason championship. Orlando fans must be going home pretty sad...
    Cheers bro!

Personally, I don't think Luka is apart of the regular rotation. He'll get 5 minutes here and there and fill in when there are injuries.
