Pop obviously still loves George Hill. But apparently not as much as he loves Forbes.

Primo did more in 40 seconds than Forbes in 3 games. Defended Middleton well and then flys in for the tip in. When will Flopovich realize this kid needs minutes?

Another valiant effort. Probably will be the theme of the year for this team. I think there's a realistic chance Primo will get some run by the midpoint of the season.

I'm in the starting lineup with you. If the best case pipedream is a first round exit let's give the young guys experience and look for a home run in the draft with a better pick.

Losing against Denver and Milwaukee is to be expected. I‘m more curious if we can beat the Grizzlies, Mavs, T-Wolves and Blazers

Well, Defense was good, not great.
    - Poeltl was good throughout
    - MCDermott came back strong after a off night last night.
    - White looked good.
    - Keldon midrange game and his body control driving into the lane is continuing to impress.
    - Lonnie had his moments and put up a better performance.
    - Murray seems to shy away from his mid range jumper when it feels like it is the only thing he is hitting consistently.
    - Forbes just drags the team down with his antics and if he can't drop quick easy buckets in under 2 mins give him the yank and let him sit and the end of the bench.

Not going to think to much else about tonight. Spurs was scrappy but let this one slip away in the closing minutes.

Agreed on this one. Not high on the HEB Primo Pick, but he can't be worse than Bryn Forbes. Other than being Pop's charity case, there's no reason for Forbes to be on this team . Once again, this roster has too many redundant players.

What is the absolute down fall of playing a 28 year old Bryn Forbes over Primo? It's not even ing logical. This team isn't a championship team there is literally nothing to lose.

If Primo sits much longer its going to give him allot of time to think... Like Think about what other teams he wants to play for when his rookie contract ends

Story of the game is DJ’s usual easy layups near the rim were shut down by Giannis. Giannis’ interior defense tonight was elite. Other than that, Vassell needs to give more with his minutes. Forbes was a joke. Poeltl was everywhere in this game. He’s becoming reliable on offense.

This team lacks a closer. They'll be in most games through three quarters and fizzle out in the 4th.

It's such a simple, cliche observation but we saw the difference in b2b games....

The other team had a Jokic and a Giannis and the Spurs don't. , the other team has a Middleton who is significantly better than anyone on the Spurs roster...

Play hard and good team ball all you want, it's just a of a lot easier to have the best guy on the court.
