The Virginia House of Delegates is coming down to the wire. CNalysis has called 48 seats for Republicans and 47 for Democrats. All five uncalled districts are currently held by Democrats, but as of now, Republicans lead in four of them.

Virginia has been solid blue at the presidential level every year since Obama 2008. At the US senate level the GOP candidate (Gillespie) coudln't even win that seat in a massive red wave year in 2014.
Virginia is a deep blue state.
